Mega Housing Project in Gurugram of Prestige Estates Projects Ltd. has shown its strong presence in the Gurugram real estate market and, in line with this, has announced a new residential project. The company has signed a Joint Development Agreement (JDA) for a 17- acre land parcel in Sector 92, Gurugram, where a large- scale housing project will be developed in the future.
The total developed or leasable area of this project is estimated to be approximately 3 million sq ft., and it is expected to generate a revenue of around ₹4,200 crore. This initiative forms an integral part of the Prestige Group’s expansion strategy in the NCR region, wherein the company is sequentially focusing exclusively on prime locations.
Irfan Razack, the company’s Chairman and MD, stated that demand remains stable even in markets like Gurugram. The company is investing only in locations where infrastructure holds great potential for further improvement, and where the long- term growth potential increases with time.
According to Land partner Ajay Munot, this land parcel presents a strong development opportunity, and the Prestige Group’s proven track record of execution is to make this project even more successful.
New Insight is in the Sector 92 area, developing very rapidly. Residential demand in this area is gradually rising because of the connectivity of the Dwarka Expressway and the proximity of commercial hubs. This project is also now being developed to boost the mid- to premium housing rental segment.
By December 2025, the Prestige Group had completed 313 projects, with another 128 projects currently in the pipeline, showing great growth for the company and anticipated expansion.
