Experion Developers is gearing up for a massive five-year growth spurt. The company, which acts as the Indian real estate arm for Singapore’s AT Capital Group, just announced it will pour roughly ₹10,000 crore into India’s luxury housing market over the next five years.
The goal? To build around 3,000 high-end, ultra-luxury homes and premium residential plots. This massive capital pool isn’t just for building; it covers the entire lifecycle of the projects, from hunting down prime land parcels to clearing regulatory hurdles and executing construction.
If you live in the National Capital Region (NCR), you’re going to see the bulk of this activity. Experion is concentrating nearly two-thirds of its upcoming portfolio right here in the capital region. The rest of the investment will head toward high-potential markets in Amritsar, Lucknow, and Goa, giving the brand a much wider footprint across the country.
This marks a massive shift in gear for the developer. To put things into perspective, Experion delivered a little over 2,000 homes and plots during the entire previous five years. By committing this much capital now, the company is making a clear statement: they are ready to scale up aggressively and capture a dominant share of India’s booming luxury real estate market.
