The real estate sector is seeing another major development, with construction companies receiving significant projects. Developers Great Realty and BPTP have been awarded construction contracts totaling ₹933 crore. And, due to this, a boost can be seen in both housing supply and construction activity in the region.
This Capacit’e Infraprojects contract, worth approximately ₹445 crore, has been awarded. This project is being developed in Noida’s Sector 107. ‘Great Value Ekanam’ is one such name of this. Here, premium 3 BHK and 4 BHK apartments are being developed, ranging in size from 3,500 sq ft to 5,500 sq ft. This project is clearly targeting the luxury segment for those looking for high- end living options in Noida.
Meanwhile, NCC Limited has been awarded a contract worth ₹488 crore for the ‘Downtown 66’ project in Gurugram’s Sector 66. This includes civil structures and finishing work bays, and the total construction area is approximately 1.79 lakh sq. meters.
Experts say that such large-scale contracts indicate strong momentum in the NCR real estate market. Housing demand is gradually increasing day by day due to infrastructure development, Expressways, metro connectivity, and corporate expansion in both Noida and Gurugram. Such projects are expected to further boost both property prices and buyers interest in the future.
