HedgeHomes, a Noida-based real estate company, has announced the first edition of HUPEX, Himachal Uttarakhand Property Expo. The inaugural edition is planned in mid-December and will run over two days at a venue in South Delhi.
Why HUPEX was conceived?
High levels of pollution specifically during the winter months across Delhi-NCR have fuelled the demand for second homes in hills amongst the residents of this region growing. However, closing a deal on a hill property comes with its own set of challenges.
