A global software company has leased approximately 1.58 lakh square feet of office space within the Max Square commercial project, situated in Noida’s Sector 139. This transaction is considered one of the largest office leasing deals in Noida in recent times. The Max Square Project is situated on the Noida-Greater Noida Expressway, which has emerged as a rapidly growing business destination. Driven by superior infrastructure and seamless connectivity, numerous multinational companies are now prioritizing Noida for their real estate property and commercial office spaces.
Over 700 employees will work at the Adobe Noida office. Currently, customer- facing departments, alongside engineering teams, will operate from this space. This marks the company’s seventh office in India, while it has become its third office in Uttar Pradesh. Such investments are expected to further boost the demand for real estate property in Noida in the future.
Currently, Adobe has over 8000 employees in India, and following the United States, India is considered the company’s largest workforce base.
