- Upcoming Apex Plots Township
When it comes to these, Gaur Yamuna City has the best facilities, but all of the plots in Greenbay have already been taken. Ace Estate got RERA approval, but only ATS Homekraft still has perks for people who bought before the launch. Because Apex Township had some problems with the government, ATS Homekraft was the only pre-launch chance left in this area.
