Customer Service Manager Job Responsibilities:

• Organise post call/visits/sales data of customers in individual separate sheets accessible to entire team
• Monitor accuracy of reporting and data base information
• Review & provide customer complaints
• Define and communicate customer service standards
• Plan & prioritize work tasks to ensure proper functioning of the inter-departments
• Identify and implement strategies to improve quality of service, productivity and profitability
• Report the matter on a daily basis to Business process manager

Qualification, Skills Needed:

• Previous experience as a customer service manager, or experience in providing customer service support
• Customer service orientation
• Strong client-facing and communication skills
• Good Verbal and written Communication Skills with proficiency in English
• Confident speaking on the telephone
• Knowledge of management methods and techniques
• knowledge of customer service software, databases and tools
• Advanced troubleshooting and multi-tasking skills
• Resilience and persistence
• Results orientated
• Bachelors or Equivalent degree.
